These Terms and Conditions govern your use of OLG Canada and all products and services we make available through our platform. By registering an account and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), a Crown Corporation established under the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999. OLG online casino operates under the regulatory oversight of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and iGaming Ontario. All games, transactions, and account activity on OLG.ca are subject to applicable Ontario and Canadian law. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any specific game or promotion rules, the specific rules take precedence unless we state otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in lottery and in-store sports betting. Online casino gaming and PROLINE+ sports wagering require you to be at least 19 years old.
  • Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Ontario law.
  • Single account: You may hold only one registered account on our platform. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure.
  • Exclusion status: You must not be registered under our My PlayBreak self-exclusion program or excluded from gaming under any applicable court order or regulatory requirement.

OLG CA reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, home address, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. You must choose a unique username and a strong password, and you must not share your OLG login credentials with any other person. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. Each player is permitted one account only. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close them and forfeit any associated balances or bonus funds.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

We are required by Ontario law and FINTRAC regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You must submit valid government-issued photo identification and, where applicable, supporting financial documents. Accepted verification documents include a bank statement dated within two months, a void cheque, or a cleared cheque. Verification typically completes within five business days of document submission. OLG Canada may request additional documentation at any time if we determine it is necessary to comply with our regulatory obligations or to prevent fraud. Failure to complete verification will result in your withdrawal requests remaining on hold until all requirements are satisfied.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

We accept deposits in Canadian dollars only. The minimum deposit amount is CA$15. Players may complete up to 10 deposit transactions per day. All payment methods must be issued by a Canadian bank or financial institution, and you must be an authorised user of any payment method you use to fund your account. Accepted deposit methods include Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, American Express, INTERAC e-Transfer, and Apple Pay. OLG online casino does not accept payment methods issued outside Canada. Some credit card issuers may classify gaming deposits as cash advances - we recommend checking with your card issuer before depositing by credit card. We reserve the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time, subject to applicable notice requirements.

5.2 Withdrawals

All withdrawals process exclusively via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a verified Canadian bank account registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is CA$2. Players may submit one withdrawal request per day. First-time withdrawals require completion of bank account setup and identity verification before funds are released. Once we approve and dispatch a withdrawal, the transfer enters the banking system and processing times fall outside our control. Most players receive funds within 3 to 5 business days of approval. We do not permit withdrawals to credit cards, debit cards, or any payment method other than the registered bank account. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

OLG CA offers bonuses and promotional rewards to new and existing players at our sole discretion. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Key conditions that apply across all promotions include:

  • Eligibility: Promotions are available only to players who meet all stated eligibility criteria at the time of participation.
  • Wagering requirements: Bonus funds become withdrawable only after you complete the applicable wagering requirement within the specified time window.
  • Expiry: Bonus funds and Bonus Bets that are not used within the stated timeframe are forfeited automatically.
  • One promotion per player: Unless stated otherwise, each player may claim a specific welcome offer once only.
  • Abuse: We reserve the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds if we identify any misuse, collusion, or attempts to exploit our promotional terms.
  • Modification: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Game Fairness

All games available on the OLG online casino operate as approved lottery schemes under the Criminal Code of Canada. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and audited on a regular basis. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate and are available within each game's rules page. We do not manipulate game outcomes, and all results are final once a game round concludes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time and are subject to the same regulatory standards as our digital titles.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, our liability to you in connection with your use of our platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of any claim. 10. Privacy

OLG Canada collects only the information necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with our regulatory obligations under FINTRAC and applicable Ontario law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. All data transmitted between your device and our platform is encrypted using SSL technology. You may request access to your personal information or submit a correction request by contacting our Privacy Officer through the contact details listed in Section 14 of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
